Ro-Ro Ships: Finnlines scrubs up

Helsinki-based Finnlines has ordered Wärtsilä scrubber systems for six of its ro-ro ships employed in the Baltic and North Seas to allow them to operate in compliance with new environmental regulations coming into force, while continuing to burn heavy fuel oil. Wärtsilä will support Finnlines during the installation phase by providing technical advice and will provide retrofit services. JS
