Ambience sets sail on her maiden four-day cruise from Tilbury

Ambassador Cruise Line flag ship Ambience sailed from the London International Cruise Terminal at Tilbury, the vessels’ home port, on her maiden four-day cruise, which will take her  to the Port of Hamburg

The cruise departed following Ambience’s formal naming ceremony attended by the ship’s Godmother, athlete Sally Gunnell.

Ambassador is the first new UK cruise line in a decade following the collapse of CMV. Ambassador’s headquarters is in Purfleet Essex and the company has boosted the local economy by creating 100 new job opportunities.

Built in 1991, Ambience was formerly Regal Princess (1991–2007) and Pacific Dawn (2007–2020), having been delivered to Princess Cruises in 1991 by Fincantieri shipyard in Monfalcone, Italy.
