Condor Islander makes Channel Islands debut

Condor Islander entered St Peter Port just before 0800 on 23 October 2023, from Portsmouth for its first trip from the UK carrying passengers and freight.

It sailed just before 1000 back to Portsmouth as the visit to St Helier had been cancelled the previous day because of technical issues.

The tug Christine arrived in St Peter Port at 0600 on 23 October from Falmouth to assist Condor Islander into and out of St Peter Port, but was not used, so stood by.

The following day Condor Islander just went to St Helier, not St Peter Port.
