Farstad takes over Blue King from Ulstein

Sverre Farstad & Co has taken over the the offshore supply Blue King from Ulstein. The new ship owning company Sverre Farstad & Co has taken over the offshore supply vessel.

“We are very pleased that this agreement has been settled and is looking forward to seeing the ship entering into operation. The new shipowner is an exciting addition to the Norwegian maritime cluster and we wish them all the best,” says CEO Gunvor Ulstein in Ulstein Group.

The vessel is of the design type PX121 from Ulstein Design & Solutions and was delivered from Ulstein Verft in May 2016.

In total, Ulstein has delivered 30 design and equipment packages for this design type for various ship owners, ten of these vessels have been built at Ulstein Verft.
