P&O: World voyages announced

Details on two world voyages for 2015 have now been released by P&O Cruises. Arcadia will operate a 106-night full circumnavigation, while Aurora (2000/76,152gt) will spend 105 nights on a grand South America and Pacific Ocean itinerary, which will take her as far as Sydney and include maiden calls at Akaroa in New Zealand, Rarotonga inthe Cook Islands and Moorea in French Polynesia.

Cunard Line have also given details of three world voyages for 2015. Queen Victoria (2007/90,000gt)) will undertake an itinerary not greatly dissimilar to that of Aurora, while Queen Mary 2 will go out to Australia and New Zealand via the Suez Canal, returning by way of Cape Town. Queen Elizabeth will perform a full world cruise, starting with a traditional, if somewhat slow, run to New York. All three ships will be back in Southampton together on 3 May 2015.
