CIC: Princess Daphne Chartered For Cruises

On her return from a winter season in the Far East, Classic International’s veteran Princess Daphne (1955/15,833gt) is being chartered by Berlin-based operator Ambiente Kreuzfahrten from 29 April 2012 for a series of 28 cruises.

Her schedule is diverse, with sailings to the Mediterranean, Baltic, Greenland, Iceland and around Great Britain. Following a drydocking in November in Lisbon, she sets off on a 153-day Round South America Cruise round trip from Lisbon on 16 December, returning on 2 May 2013.

Sistership Princess Danae (1955/ 16,531gt) is also busy during 2012, on charter to French NDS Voyages, starting the year with a 127-day World Cruise which starts at Marseille on 12 January. She then spends most of the summer in North European waters.
