St Kitts Celebrates Inaugural Call by cruise ship Viking Orion

On 25 October 2021 St Kitts & Nevis marked the inaugural call of Viking Orion, from Viking Ocean Cruises, a division of Viking Cruises.

Officially a stop on their winter 2021/22 schedule, Viking Orion will call at St Kitts ten times during the season.

She is the fourth vessel to call at the island since the restart of the cruise sector and was the first inaugural call of the 2021 season.

Viking Cruises came to St Kitts for the first time in the 2016-17 Season, with Viking Sea.  Since then, Viking Sky, Viking Star and Viking Sun have visited St Kitts.

Welcoming the Inaugural call of Viking Orion is significant in the global pandemic, as cruise tourism rebuilds globally.
