Deltamarin and ESL Shipping collaborate on methanol-fuelled multipurpose vessels

Deltamarin and ESL Shipping are to continue their  partnership in the development of new methanol-fuelled multipurpose vessels, designed to meet diverse logistical needs across global shipping routes.

The new contract involves the complete basic and detail design of four versatile vessels, optimized for key trade routes in the Baltic Sea reagion and transatlantic crossings, with the capability to transport practically any type of cargo.

With features like a unique accommodation block at the bow and integrated tweendecks for maximum capacity, these vessels are built for flexibility and operational efficiency from day one.

The collaboration builds on previous successes, such as the Viikki and Haaga general dry cargo ships, reinforcing a shared commitment to delivering sustainable solutions in the shipping industry.
