Bulker breaks records on the Forth

Rosyth welcomed the Hong Kong-registered 2021-built bulk carrier  CSSC Le Havre (66,630gt) on 23 June 2023. She is owned by Fortune Changchun Shipping Ltd and operated by CSSC Hong Kong Shipping

The cargo of soya was discharged directly to the Cefetra agricultural products hub at the port. At 120,000dwt, she is the largest ship in terms of tonnage to transit the Forth Bridges.

The cargo of soya from Paranagua Brazil was part unloaded in Amsterdam prior to the ship’s arrival in the Forth. She departed, in the rain, for Puerto Nuevo, Colombia.
